The Modified Maquet Procedure (MMP) is an evolution of the TTA procedure for treatment of lameness due to cranial cruciate failure.
The clinical proven porous titanium OrthoFoam wedge defines and secures the advancement, fills the bone void and
promotes rapid bone ingrowth. Bespoke instrumentation simplifies the surgical technique, minimises soft tissue dissection and shortens the convalescence time.
Last year aligning with the publication of the new paper “Outcome after Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy and Modified Maquet Procedure in Dogs with Cranial Cruciate Ligament Rupture” we presented two online MMP webinars designed to update surgeons focusing on the evolution of MMP and outline recent updates to the procedure.
